Detransitioner Chloe Cole Announces Official Lawsuit Against Kaiser Permanente For ‘Medical Negligence’

Chloe Cole (18 years old) announced a lawsuit against the hospital, and its affiliated medical group, that helped her transition to minor status. Notification of intention to Sue In November 2022, the defendants did not pay attention.

Cole was served with a Notice to Intent to Sue by the defendants on November 9, 2022.
