Detailing The 22 Sexual Misconduct Allegations Against NFL Quarterback Deshaun Watson
In the past month, there have been 22 civil cases filed against Houston Texans star quarterback, Deshaun Watson, accusing him of sexual misconduct during numerous massage appointments.
As a result, CNBC reported Wednesday that Nike has suspended their endorsements with the embattled quarterback, as other local and national deals were ended as well.
While the loss of the sponsorship should be the least of Watson’s worries, it shows that the court of public opinion is beginning to turn against him. Additionally, two women have come forward and filed criminal charges against the quarterback, adding a new level of seriousness to the situation he’s in.

March 30, 2020
The alleged incident took place at the home of a massage therapist in Texas.
After insisting no one should be present during the massage, Watson allegedly exposed his penis and touched her hand with it. After the plaintiff interrupted the massage, Watson allegedly told her “I know you have a career and a reputation, and I know you would hate for someone to mess with yours, just like I don’t want anyone messing with mine.”
April 19, 2020
The accuser claims Watson asked her to work on his groin area while massaging him at a Houston spa. When Watson rolled over onto his back, he allegedly touched her hand with his penis before ejaculating.
May 28, 2020
The plaintiff, a certified personal trainer who did not specialize in massage, says Watson asked her to focus on his groin, glutes and lower abdominals. At one point during the massage, Watson allegedly exposed his penis and moved it to her hand saying, “I hope you do not mind if we continue the massage like this.” The incident allegedly took place at Watson’s home in Houston.

The plaintiff says she was contacted by Watson by phone and through Instagram. Watson allegedly said he makes “a lot of massage therapists uncomfortable and it’s really hard for me to find someone who will meet my needs.” According to the plaintiff, Watson continually attempted to remove his towels and expose his penis during the massage.
June 2020 and August 17, 2020
Two incidents involving the same woman. The first alleged incident occurred at a hotel where the plaintiff says Watson groped her buttocks and vagina, leading the accuser to slap him. She said Watson later touched her hand with his penis.
The second incident occurred on August 17, 2020. Watson had reached out via Instagram and the plaintiff did not realize the connection. Watson reportedly apologized for his past behavior but exposed himself during the second appointment and forced the woman’s mouth onto his penis and masturbated in front of her.
July, 2020
During the appointment at the plaintiffs home, Watson lay naked on his stomach and told her to massage the area underneath his genitals and anus before flipping onto his back. The lawsuit states that as the woman massaged his groin, Watson ejaculated on her face and body.
July 7, 2020
During the appointment at the plaintiff’s place of business in Scottsdale, AZ, Watson allegedly told the woman to focus on his glutes. She says Watson asked her to penetrate his anus with her fingers, and she refused.
July 15, 2020
Watson met the plaintiff at a home in Beverly Hills, CA. Watson, who contacted the woman via Instagram, locked the door to the room in which the massage was to be administered. Watson flipped on his back, allegedly had an erection, grabbed the woman’s hand and moved them onto his penis. “I will not make you sign an NDA but don’t ever talk about this,” Watson allegedly told the plaintiff afterward.
August 2, 2020
Watson contacted the plaintiff on Instagram and they met at a hotel in Houston. Watson allegedly repeatedly asked whether he could be naked during the massage and demanded she work on his buttocks. Watson allegedly wanted her to touch his anus with her fingers. After the massage, Waston asked if the plaintiff did more than her professional work “for more money”.
August 28, 2020
The alleged encounter occurred at the Houstonian Hotel. Watson flew the woman to Houston for the appointment. Watson allegedly tried to get the woman to touch his genitals and exposed himself.
September 9, 2020 and October 2020
The alleged incidents took place at a spa in Houston, where during one session, Watson asked the plaintiff “what she would do about his erection.” In an October session, Watson allegedly attempted to kiss the woman and tried to put his penis in her hand.
September 24, 2020
The alleged incident occurred at a Houston salon. Watson asked the plaintiff if it was ok if he got naked and “if he got aroused.” Later in the session, Watson allegedly moved his body to have his penis touch the woman’s hand. Watson then ejaculated.
October 19, 2020
During a massage session, Watson allegedly asked the woman to massage his glutes and “go deeper.” The woman said she felt uncomfortable and stayed on his legs. Watson turned on his back completely naked and exposed his penis. Watson offered extra money to “go further” and said “don’t worry no one is going to know.”
The lawsuit against Watson claims, “as a result of the repeated lawsuits against him, Watson is deleting instagram messages, and contacting those who formally provided him with massages, in an attempt to settle.”
October 19 and November 2020
During the first session, Watson allegedly asked the plaintiff to work on his inner thighs. The woman told Watson she doesn’t “do that kind of work” but she did after he insisted.
In the second session, Watson kissed the plaintiff when she arrived. Watson then exposed himself and asked to work on his buttocks and penis area but she declined. According to the lawsuit, Watson then moved in a way to have his penis touch her hand and then offered to pay extra if she worked on his buttocks and penis.
October 8, 2020
The plaintiff was informed by her boss that she may be required to sign an NDA after she was assigned to Watson at a spa in Houston. During the massage, Watson allegedly turned on his back and exposed his penis. Because his penis was exposed, the woman had to brush against it during the massage. The lawsuit states Watson told her not to be afraid to touch him, and the woman responded that she was not paid to do that. Watson left after only paying a third of what he was supposed to pay.
November 6 and November 10, 2020
Before the first session, Watson texted the plaintiff, “I even have a NDA I have therapists sign too.” The woman said Watson was very aggressive and wanted her to massage his anus. She declined. The lawsuit states Watson then flipped onto his back and his penis was exposed. He attempted to direct her to his groin. After the massage, Watson sent her a text saying, “Hope that wasn’t bad.”
The next day, Watson asked for a second session. The lawsuit alleges Watson ejacuated on her during the second session.
November 9, 2020
The alleged incident occurred at the plaintiff’s office in Houston, TX. The woman informed Watson she was not a massage therapist, but he insisted on booking her anyway. Watson allegedly grabbed the woman’s buttocks and moved his erect penis into her hand. The lawsuit states that after the woman objected, Watson replied, “you can sit on it.”

During the session, which occurred at a Houston office building, Watson allegedly instructed the woman to slide her hands across his genitals. The woman said she felt intimidated and threatened. The lawsuit states that Watson forced the woman to perform oral sex on him and that she blacked out for a few minutes from fear.

During the massage at a therapy business in Sandy Springs, GA, Watson made the plaintiff feel uncomfortable and directed her to his groin area. The woman refused and Watson allegedly exposed himself and put his penis on her hand.
