Despite Disney CEO Bob Iger Implying Brand Is Damaged, Star Wars Reportedly Moving Full Steam Ahead On Taika Waititi’s Film
In a classic case of ‘one-step forward, two-steps back’, despite Disney CEO Bob Iger recently implying that all of the company’s brands needed to be “curated” In order to improve their quality, some company insiders claim that Taika Waititi’s Star Wars project was still being worked on by them.

One Disney insider says that the company will not only be looking to capitalize on the planned releases, but also the coming year. Ashoka, Skeleton CrewAnd Mandalorian Season 3 is underway, but they are actively working with Waititi as well. HBO’s Watchmen Damon Lindelof, creator, to bring their respective projects to fruition.

As mentioned above, this confirms that Thor: Love and Thunder Director’s Star Wars movie is still in development. This comes days after Iger admitted that many of House of Mouse’s largest brands were suffering from oversaturation as well as a shocking lack of quality.
