DeSantis-sacked prosecutor, Perkins Coie attorney file ‘quo warranto’ suit against suspension order

The Hillsborough County State attorney suspended by Florida’s Republican Governor Ron DeSantis petitioned in federal court to be returned to his job. One America’s Neil W. McCabe was at the press conference in Tallahassee and has this report.
