Minnesota Man Who Identifies as Woman to Serve Prison Sentence in Women’s Facility

A 57-year-old man from Minnesota, who identifies as a woman and goes by the name Christina Lusk, will spend the rest of his prison sentence in a women’s facility after successfully suing the state’s Department of Corrections. Lusk was arrested for drug possession and remanded to prison in 2018, where he had breast implants. The state will also pay him $495,000 for discrimination and provide him with a “gender reassignment” surgery, according to the U.K. Daily Mail.
