Democrat County Commissioner Indicted On Voter Fraud Charges In Alabama

On Wednesday, the son of a prominent Alabama civil rights activist was charged with voter fraud. This is in direct contradiction to claims made by leftist organizations as well as corporate media that there are legitimate concerns.

According to Advance LocalAn Alabama news outlet reported that Perry County Commission Chairman Albert Turner Jr. was charged by Fourth Judicial Circuit District District Attorney Michael Jackson, and Alabama Secretary John Merrill “with voting more than once, which is a misdemeanor, and harvesting ballots, a felony.” The alleged incidents took places during two different elections, in May and Nov of last year.

Jackson noted that several witnesses claimed to have seen Turner, as Jackson stated in the report. “stuffing filled out ballots in favor of the candidates he was supporting” into a voting machine during the county’s May 2022 Democrat primary election. Merrill and Jackson did not indicate which particular races Turner has been accused of meddling in nor whether those alleged actions could have affected any election’s outcome.

Over the years, these entities have tirelessly worked to discredit concerns regarding fraud and ballot-harvesting.
