He further condemned the Florida Democratic Party for declaring Biden the automatic winner of its primary without holding an election, citing it as a violation of democratic principles. The party defended its decision, claiming it followed standard procedure for incumbent presidents.
“I’m very appalled by both parties working against American voters and both parties making egregious and dangerous affronts to our democratic system that have to be exposed and have to be addressed,” expressed the passionate Minnesota Democrat. “I’m going to do so.”
Last week, attorney Michael Steinberg filed a lawsuit against the Florida Democrats and Secretary of State Cord Byrd over the primary election move, arguing that it grants Biden unconstitutional access to the ballot.
