Daily Show Creator Has Complete Meltdown Over Gutfeld Super Bowl “King of Late Night” Ad
It was all jealousy. The Daily Show creator, Lizz Winstead, when SiriusXM host Dean Obeidallah brought up the fact, albeit in a rather mocking way, that a new Super Bowl ad Fox News Greg Gutfeld is the new host “King of Late Night.” Winstead was not at all gracious about Gutfeld’s lead in late-night comedy ratings. Instead, he unleashed a torrent of very angry profanity.

Fox News runs “King of Late Night” Greg Gutfeld looked like a king, technically, he begins at 11 PM Eastern Time. It’s about half an hour earlier than that, but he beat Colbert and Fallon to the top in ratings. It’s not fair. I don’t know a single comic. “I hope I get on Gutfeld!“
…Lizz, what have you done? The Daily Show. Greg Gutfeld’s bullshit is it considered late-night comedy?
Ok, Obedeillah mocked Gutfeld, but he was not angry. This is in stark contrast with the profanely bitter and obviously jealous Lizz Winstead.
LIZZY WINSTEAD Here’s the thing, he ain’t funny to us, but we see there’s an audience for shitlike that. Joe Rogan isn’t the only one who has an audience. Fucking shitty people are out there. Like Fox News, seventy million people voted Trump. These people will laugh at the shit we make up. You see, the bottom line is: Do I want them to be my audience?” No. It would be a shame. I would not be benefited in any way by it. It would only happen that I would try to be there, and you would get trolls on your Twitter field from now until eternity.
