China criticizes Israel’s excessive response to Hamas attack.

The Chinese Regime Urges Israeli Government to Cease Military Actions ⁢in ‌Gaza

The Chinese regime has called on the Israeli government to halt its military operations in Gaza, stating that Israel has ⁤exceeded⁤ the bounds of self-defense in response to the surprise attack by the Hamas terrorist group last week.

During a phone call with Saudi ⁣Arabian⁤ counterpart ⁤Faisal bin ‍Farhan Al Saud, China’s foreign minister ⁤Wang Yi conveyed this ⁣message.

“Israel’s actions have gone beyond self-defense,” Mr. Wang asserted, urging the Israeli government to cease what he referred ⁤to as ⁢the “collective punishment of civilians ‌in Gaza,” according to China’s foreign ministry.

The Chinese regime refrained from denouncing the ‍Palestinian terror group. Following the ⁢Hamas strike‍ on Israel on October 7, China’s initial response was⁢ to call on “relevant parties” to remain calm and exercise restraint. Although not explicitly‍ mentioning Hamas, the statement‍ expressed⁢ deep concern about the escalating tensions and violence, and advocated⁤ for a⁢ two-state resolution. ⁤This ‌drew criticism from the United States‍ and Israeli officials, who argued that ⁤it‌ lacked ⁤sympathy for the Israeli victims.

“When people are being murdered, slaughtered in the streets, this is not the time to call for a two-state solution,” remarked Yuval Waks, a senior official at the Israeli embassy in Beijing, during⁢ a briefing on ‌October 8.

Facing pressure, China’s⁣ foreign ministry issued an‌ updated statement condemning acts against civilians. However,‍ the statement still avoided mentioning Hamas by name.

“China is a friend to both Israel and Palestine,” stated Mao Ning, a spokeswoman for China’s foreign ministry, during a regular briefing on October 9.

Despite attempting to ⁢portray itself as⁤ neutral,‍ outside observers argue that the communist regime has taken the side of Palestine.

“We have to⁣ consider China’s relationship ‌with Iran because Iran has often acted as a proxy for Beijing. And, of ⁣course, Hamas is a proxy of Iran. So essentially, China is fueling these brutal attacks ‍and the invasion ⁢of ⁢Israel,” explained Gordon Chang, author of “The Coming Collapse of China” and “China Is⁤ Going to War.”

“I’m certain that Chinese weapons will appear on the battlefield. Moreover, it is Chinese ‌money that has enabled this,” he‍ added.

‍What role can China play in promoting‌ a peaceful resolution to the Israeli-Hamas conflict and supporting the security ‍of the region

China’s stance on the‍ Israeli-Hamas conflict is not surprising, given its longstanding support⁢ for Palestinian rights. The Chinese regime has consistently⁢ advocated⁤ for a two-state solution and has maintained close ties with ‍Palestinian leaders. In recent years, China has‍ also increased ⁣its economic and strategic cooperation with Middle Eastern countries, including Iran.

China’s ‍reluctance to openly criticize Hamas⁣ can be seen as ‌part⁣ of its broader strategy to increase its influence in the region and bolster its relations‍ with countries that are critical of Israel. By aligning itself with Palestinian interests, China seeks ⁤to strengthen its position as ⁢an influential global player and ‌gain support⁤ from countries in ⁤the Middle East.

However, ⁣China’s⁢ support for Palestine ⁢does not come without⁤ consequences. Its failure ⁣to⁣ condemn Hamas’s‌ attacks and its lukewarm ⁤response to Israel’s concerns have strained its relations with Israel. The Israeli government has ⁣expressed its disappointment⁤ and frustration with China’s stance, urging it to reconsider its position.

Furthermore, China’s support for Hamas raises questions about its commitment to international peace and stability. By enabling and supporting‍ a terrorist organization,⁢ China‌ undermines efforts to resolve conflicts peacefully and perpetuates violence in the region. Its actions not only harm Israel’s security but also threaten the stability ⁢of the entire Middle ‍East.

As the international community strives to find a peaceful ‌solution to the‍ Israeli-Hamas conflict, it is essential for all countries, ‍including‍ China, to condemn acts of violence‍ and support a diplomatic‍ resolution. China,⁤ as a rising⁢ global power, needs‌ to act responsibly ⁣and consider ⁢the ‍consequences of its actions in the region.

China’s support for⁣ Palestine should not come at the expense ‍of‍ Israeli lives and security. The Israeli government ‍has the right⁣ to defend its citizens from terrorist attacks and ensure their safety. It ⁢is‍ crucial for China to recognize this and‍ call‌ on Hamas to immediately cease its attacks on Israel.

The international community, including China, should work together to promote ‍peace ‌and stability in the Middle East and ⁢support a two-state ⁢solution that allows both Israelis and Palestinians to live in peace and security.⁤ China‌ has‌ the‍ opportunity to play ⁤a constructive role⁤ in resolving the Israeli-Hamas conflict⁢ and contributing to the long-term peace and stability of the‍ region.

It is time for China to demonstrate its commitment to global peace and security ‌by urging Hamas to stop its attacks and supporting efforts to ‌reach a ‍peaceful resolution⁢ to⁤ the ⁣Israeli-Hamas conflict. The lives of innocent civilians are at stake, and the international community must stand united in their condemnation ⁤of violence and support for peace.

China’s⁢ voice carries weight in international affairs, and its support for a peaceful resolution to the Israeli-Hamas⁣ conflict can make a significant difference. It⁢ is time for China to use its influence to promote peace, condemn terrorism, and support the security and well-being of all ⁢people⁤ in the region.
