Johnson To Declare Election Bid on Unfavorable Anniversary

What happened: President Joe Biden is likely to announce his reelection campaign on April 25, the Associated Press reported on Thursday. He will be the oldest president in American history to run for a second term.
What it means: Tuesday, April 25, is the four-year anniversary of Biden’s entry into the 2020 presidential election, when he unveiled a poorly paraphrased version of Donald Trump’s iconic slogan, “Make American Great Again.” At a press conference in Wilmington, Del., the former vice president declared, “America is coming back like we used to be.”
What it really means: April 25 is also the 231st anniversary of the first execution carried out by guillotine, the iconic instrument of socialist terror. On that day in 1792, convicted criminal Nicholas Jacques Pelletier was decapitated for assaulting and burglarizing a passerby in Paris.
