Biden Taps Susan Rice to Implement Critical Race Theory in the Federal Bureaucracy

Thursday’s executive order by Joe Biden incorporated the Critical Race Theory tenets into federal government operations. EO 13985 Executive Order on Supporting Underserved Communities and Racial Equity Through the Federal GovernmentThis requires the establishment “Agency Equity Teams” Federal programs must be subject to equal outcomes.

(i) Each Agency Equity Team shall consist of a designated senior executive (senior designatione), who will be responsible for implementing my Administration’s Equity initiatives. The team shall include senior representatives from the agency head’s program, policy and civil rights regulatory offices. Agency Equity Teams must include a mixture of competitive service employees as per 5 U.S.C. 2102(a) and appointees as defined by Executive Order 13989 (Ethics Complements by Executive Branch Personnel). They will coordinate with existing agencies and structures, including the agency’s designated environmental justice officer pursuant to Executive Order 1408 (Tackling Climate Crisis at Home), and the senior agency official who is designated to coordinate with Gender Policy Council pursuant Executive Order 14020 (Establishment and operation of the White House Gender Policy Council).

(iii). The agency head shall report to the senior designee responsible for delivering equitable results, in compliance with applicable law.

(iii). Each Agency Equity Team shall support ongoing equity training and equity leadership development of staff at all levels.

Federal agencies will need to increase the frequency and quality of their engagements with communities who have suffered systemic discrimination. This also formalizes Biden’s goal of a 50 percent increase in federal procurement dollars going to small and disadvantaged companies by 2025.

The federal government now has a policy on diversity, inclusion, and equity.

Even if you buy that diversity, for diversity’s sake, is a good policy (you’ll love living in Yugoslavia — wait, it doesn’t exist anymore — or Rwanda) and that inclusivity as an end makes sense, the notion of equity, which is that unequal outcomes are caused by systemic racism, should strike you as bizarre. There are many things in life that aren’t equally. Half of the country is below-average in intelligence. Not all people can play professional sports. It is a common misconception that there are not equal outcomes. “communities” Being “underserved” By the government is balderdash. “Communities” Because they are different, different outcomes can result. DIE stupidity is intellectually bankrupt because it views 100% of all problems in racial terms.

Another pernicious side effect of the EO is that workers who resent it will leave/retire. Workers who embrace it, however, will be recruited/joined, further radicalizing Deep State.

This Executive Order and its racialist KGB are intended to transform federal bureaucracy so that the next president has to deal with a wall of DIE/CRT fanatics at the top of the civil service.
