Mr. Hur was appointed in January by ⁢Attorney General Merrick Garland to ⁤lead the probe into President Biden’s handling of classified documents. He⁢ was​ a former federal prosecutor appointed ‌by former President ‍Donald Trump who has⁤ litigation ‌experience involving classified information.
