Biden Travels to the Virgin Islands to Enjoy Vacation, as Dozens of Americans Freeze To Death

After record-breaking temperatures and cold winter weather in the United States, President Joe Biden is planning to take a vacation in Puerto Rico on Tuesday.

The president and his family leave Tuesday evening for St. Croix and plan to stay on the island for the rest of the week to celebrate New Year’s Day.

In the meantime, 50 people were murdered across The United States was hit by a bomb cyclone from Arctic air that caused record-breaking winter storms and freezing temperatures in most of the country. After Kathy Hochul visited Buffalo and witnessed the destruction caused by the storm, the president called Kathy Hochul in New York.

The White House posted a photo of Biden on the phone from the White House on the president’s social media accounts.

“My heart is with those who lost loved ones this holiday weekend. You are in my and Jill’s prayers,” As he was getting ready to go on vacation, he wrote.
