Biden expresses support for Putin arrest warrant: ‘Clearly committed war crimes’

PJoe Biden, a resident of New York, expressed support for the International Criminal Court decision to issue an Arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin. “justified.”

“I think it makes a very strong point,” Biden spoke Friday to reporters. “[Putin] has clearly committed war crimes.”
