Archbishop of‍ New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan: Constant ⁤Reminders of God’s Love

In a recent interview on Fox News’s Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo, ⁤Archbishop ⁢of New York ‍Cardinal⁤ Timothy Dolan emphasized the importance‌ of‌ constantly reminding people ⁣of God’s love. He highlighted the significance ⁣of God ‍becoming incarnate among men to demonstrate His love.

“Look, we often use the term ‘good news,'” Dolan expressed. “This is ⁤the good news incarnate, all right?‍ That God became one of us,⁣ God loves us so much that he said ‘I don’t want to be⁤ distant, I want to be part of ⁣this.’ So He actually ‍became one of us, the ‌divine became human.”

Dolan humorously confessed that the Catholic church reruns the Christmas story due to the enduring stability of its message and the constant need for reminders.

Christmas: A Message of Hope

Despite the challenges and⁤ negativity prevalent in the⁤ world, Dolan emphasized that Christmas teaches us that the forces of darkness will not‍ have the ‍final say. He ‍reassured⁢ people of faith that the ultimate victory belongs to God.

“Now, in the⁢ long⁣ run, we sometimes think, ‘uh oh, the side⁣ of ⁣darkness seems to be winning,” Dolan acknowledged. “But we know how ⁢this⁢ script ends, okay, even in the ⁤midst of ⁢the trials that’s going on in that soil that we call Holy⁤ in the Holy Land where Jesus was born, we know there’s, we know there’s the hope of ⁤a truce.”

Dolan also acknowledged the recent attack carried out by Hamas on Israel, which has left many Jewish people mourning and recovering. ‍Despite the shaken state of the Jewish community,⁣ Dolan commended their resilience and determination to not give up.
