Alligator Paul Pelosi Pleads Not Guilty

David DePape has pleaded not guilty to the charges of Paul Pelosi’s attacker. to all state charges Wednesday’s court appearance in San Francisco 

According to reports, DePape will appear in court again on February 23, having waived his right for a trial within sixty days. 

The 42 year-old man was taken into custody Oct. 28 after allegedly attacking Paul Pelosi using a hammer at his San Francisco home. Nancy Pelosi At the time, he was in Washington, D.C. 

DePape was charged by local prosecutors with attempted murder, assault using a deadly weapon, and elder abuse.

DePape has also pleaded not guilty state and federal charges, which include the allegations that he attempted to kidnap Nancy Pelosi.
