AI companies hold off on embracing Trump’s ‘super intelligence’ rebrand

President Donald Trump advocates for referring to artificial intelligence as “super intelligence,” but technology companies such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, SpaceXAI, and Nvidia have not confirmed whether they plan to change their terminology or branding in response to his directive. recently, Trump signed an executive order urging the federal government to replace the term “artificial intelligence” with “super intelligence,” though the companies building AI technology have yet to follow suit or disclose their intentions regarding the terminology change.
