Affidavits: Jim Biden Negotiated $140 Million Deal With Saudis – Was Hired Because of “Position and Relationship” to Then-VP Biden

Joe’s younger brother Jim Biden was employed to negotiate a secret deal for a U.S. contractor with the Saudi government because of his connection with the vice president. That’s not a rumor, that’s documented in bombshell affidavits.

Biden, Inc.’s scandalous activities make it look more corrupt. Jim Biden trades under the same family name as Hunter Biden. Jim Biden was the one chosen to negotiate a $140million settlement in secret between Hill International, Saudi Arabia and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Joe Biden was vice president and Jim was selected because Saudi Arabia “would not dare stiff the brother of the Vice-President who would be instrumental to the deal.” This tidbit can be found in an affidavit.

The Daily Mail claims that Jim admitted to using the Biden name “didn’t hurt” He was able to get the job despite not having any experience in construction. Hunter was able to get the Burisma contract despite his lack of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. It’s the last name and the proximity to Joe Biden that was appealing. According to documents, Jim claimed to an ex-US Treasury official who worked as a private investigator that his job was to negotiate with Saudis ‘because of his position and relationship’ to VP Joe Biden – who led delegations to Saudi Arabia at the time.

Thomas Sullivan, a former Treasury official described in an affidavit his sit-down interview about being hired by Jim Biden to negotiate with Saudi Arabia.

Sullivan claimed the President’s brother told him: ‘Of course, the [Biden] name didn’t hurt’, and Jim’s wife Sara, who was present, allegedly said that Joe and his brother ‘told each other everything.’

‘[Biden] stated that he was often sent to meetings to represent Hill because ‘of course, the name didn’t hurt,’ and he was the former Vice-President’s brother, or words to that effect. During the interview, he repeated this statement at most twice.

‘I asked specifically if he had attended a meeting with the Saudi Ministry of Trade in mid-February 2012 to receive the final payment for the work Hill had performed. He answered that, to the best of his memory, he had been at such a meeting, and that the reason he had attended was “because of his position and relationship” with his brother.’

Hill owed $140 million to the Saudi government for their work in building desalination plants within the Kingdom dating back to 1980. Hill engaged three law firms, R.L. Walker & Co. (Lankford & Reed), Poblete Tamargo and Poblete Tamargo were the three law firms Hill hired in February 2011. These negotiations lasted for years, and were part of the “Special Claims Process”, which is a U.S. government program to settle Saudi Arabia’s unpaid debt to American companies. Jim Biden’s role in this story came to light after a disagreement between Hill and their lawyers over a payout from the Saudis. Lankford & Reed claim that Hill hired Jim Biden in 2011 to help with a back-door settlement of $100 million. However, the lawyers were not paid their 40% after many years of work on the case. ‘Mr. Biden further confirmed that Richter used Biden as a settlement intermediary in order to capitalize on the influence and orchestration of the settlement by the then Vice-President,’ Lankford wrote.

Jim Biden and his wife Sara admit to things that are not favorable to Jim’s business dealing. It certainly looks sketchy. Lankford stated that Richter had admitted to using Biden as an intermediary settlement agent in order to capitalize. “the influence and orchestration of the settlement” The former vice-president. A lawyer hired an investigator to interview Sara (and Jim) about the back-door agreement.

Sullivan’s affidavit shows that he interviewed Jim Biden at his home in Merion Station, Pennsylvania on July 16, 2017. Jim Biden stated that he was hired by Hill International to perform business development work. ‘James stated that he was told that the final payment would be made in both cash and “a very large amount” of new future contract work.’

All that Sullivan would tell the Daily Mail was that he briefly spoke to Sara, Jim’s wife, who confirmed that “he doesn’t like us talking to people.” The affidavit doesn’t specify who. “he” A source claimed it was Joe Biden. Jim and Sara were involved in Hunter Biden’s multi-million-dollar deal with oil giant CEFC, which is linked to the Chinese government. Federal prosecutors are investigating this deal. Joe Biden has denied knowledge o his family’s foreign business dealings but these affidavits show otherwise.

It’s reported that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer has a copy of the affidavits and other case files. He is investigating them as part of the committee’s investigation into the Biden family’s business dealings.
