7th Grader Wins $10,000 After Nailing Half-Court Shot: “Through the Power of God, It Went In”

A seventh grader After winning the perfect shooting challenge at high-school basketball, he won the largest jackpot of his career: $10,000.

Frank had the responsibility of making the shots and getting the ball. He managed to get all four down consecutively.

After completing the first three, he was able to launch a Hail Mary which was net-like. He was immediately surrounded by spectators and players.

“You only get one shot at that, so if you miss, you miss,” He said Valley News Live

“I was thinking, ‘I’m probably not going to make it, but I’ve just got to try and try and hope it goes in.'”

One Bishop Ryan player compared Clark with the GOAT.

Frank knew that his chances of succeeding were slim. But with a little faith, he was able to live every kid’s (and many adults’) dream.

“That was one in a million, and through the power of God, it went in,” Clark stated.

“The first three, I thought he has some basketball talent, but the last shot, really, I think was maybe more a gift from God than it was some natural talent,” Marie, Marie’s mother, spoke the same words.

Frank is a member of the K-12 school’s junior high team. He explained that the cash will be going to his college fund.
