Charles Foehner found himself in a life-threatening situation when he was confronted by an armed robber in the Kew Gardens neighborhood of Queens. But instead of becoming a victim, Foehner defended himself and shot the attacker dead. However, the 65-year-old man now faces charges of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm.
