60 Florida sheriffs endorse DeSantis’s bid for the White House.

TAMPA, Fla.—Florida Sheriffs Rally Behind Gov. Ron DeSantis⁤ for ⁢President

There are 67 ⁣county sheriffs across Florida, and an overwhelming majority of 60 ⁢have thrown‌ their support behind Gov. Ron DeSantis⁢ for president of the United States. This endorsement was proudly announced by Mr. DeSantis himself during a⁣ campaign event in‌ Tampa on Oct. 5. State Attorney General Ashley Moody and several Florida sheriffs joined him on stage, emphasizing their united front.

“Sixty Florida sheriffs all ‍understand ‍that Gov. ⁢DeSantis has been the backbone of ‘back the​ blue’,” said Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey.
