Around 28 schoolgirls were hospitalized after they were alleged to have played with Ouija boards in a Colombian school.

Galeras Educational Institution, Pasto, Colombia, reported signs such as anxiety attacks and fainting in the girls.

The children were taken to nearby municipal hospitals after trying to enjoy themselves by playing with the toys. “classic” séance boards.

“There were 28 possible cases of anxiety in school students,” Hugo Torres was the Galeras Educational Institution’s chief.

Torres appealed to the community to stop spreading gossip about the incident. This was due to increased anxiety and concern among school pupils and their families.

“Given the reported cases, a series of comments were unleashed on the community that, rather than helping to resolve the situation, led to confusion and an adverse environment for our work,” He pointed out.

Strangely, eleven teenagers also fell from one of these boards in Columbia in November 2022.

It was discovered that five out of five who fell in 2022 were victims to food poisoning.

Parents are asking for information about how their daughters were able to access the Ouija Boards during school hours.

Although their current medical condition has not been disclosed, school officials are optimistic for quick recovery.

This latest incident is still under investigation.

Ouija boards were established in the United States by Thomas Jefferson in 1886. These boards are also known as spirit-conjuring, occult speaking boards and are thought to allow the living to connect with their deceased loved ones or other inter-dimensional beings.
