President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, allegedly received wires sent from inside communist China for more than a quarter of a million dollars in 2019 that listed Joe Biden’s home in Delaware as the address for the beneficiary of the money.
Fox News reported that House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) obtained the information after subpoenaing bank records. The banks produced “records of two wires originating from Beijing, China and linked to BHR Partners,” a joint-venture between Hunter Biden’s company and a Chinese investment company where Hunter Biden served on the Board of Directors, the report said.
The two wires that were sent to Hunter Biden in the Summer of 2019 totaled $260,000 and listed Hunter Biden as the beneficiary, but listed his father’s home in Delaware as his address.
The report noted that Hunter Biden allegedly lived in the home during various points in time from 2017 through 2019, but it was not clear if he was living at the home when the $10,000 wire was sent in July 2019 or when the second wire for $250,000 was sent in August 2019.
“Bank records don’t lie but President Joe Biden does,” Comer said in a statement. “In 2020, Joe Biden told Americans that his family never received money from China. We’ve already proved that to be a lie earlier this year, and now we know that two wires originating from Beijing listed Joe Biden’s Wilmington home as the beneficiary address when he was running for President of the United States. When Joe Biden was vice president, he spoke on the phone and had coffee with Jonathan Li in Beijing, and later wrote a college letter of recommendation for his children.”
“Joe Biden’s abuse of public office for his family’s financial gain threatens our national security,” he added. “What did the Bidens do with this money from Beijing? Americans demand and deserve accountability for President Biden and the First Family’s corruption. The Oversight Committee, along with the Judiciary and Ways and Means Committees, will continue to follow the evidence and money to provide transparency and accountability.”
What potential conflicts of interest arise from these allegations and the reported involvement of President Joe Biden’s family in foreign dealings?
Ight and Reform Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz has requested the Department of Justice to investigate allegations that Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, received wires totaling over a quarter of a million dollars from inside communist China in 2019. These wires reportedly listed Joe Biden’s home in Delaware as the address for the beneficiary of the money.
The news of these allegations has created a significant stir, raising questions about potential conflicts of interest and the involvement of the President’s family in foreign dealings. It is essential to examine these allegations with utmost seriousness and impartiality, as it concerns the integrity of the highest office in the United States.
The implications of such allegations go beyond mere financial transactions. If proven true, this raises concerns about potential foreign influence and the ability of foreign entities to buy influence within the Biden administration. It calls into question the President’s ability to make objective decisions that are in the best interest of the American people, free from any personal or familial ties.
The fact that Hunter Biden’s company, Rosemont Seneca, received substantial sums of money from foreign entities during his father’s tenure as Vice President has been a subject of scrutiny for some time. The deepening connection between the Biden family and foreign actors, particularly China, has raised eyebrows and fueled speculation about the potential for compromised national security.
It is worth noting that Joe Biden has long been an advocate for open and transparent government. However, allegations such as these threaten to undermine the public’s trust in his administration and its commitment to these values. A thorough investigation into these allegations is necessary to establish the facts and to maintain the integrity of the presidency.
The request by Chairman Jason Chaffetz for the Department of Justice to initiate an investigation indicates the seriousness of the allegations and the need for an objective review. The Department of Justice should conduct a thorough and unbiased investigation to determine the veracity of these claims and to provide the American people with a clear understanding of the situation.
It is crucial to remember that these allegations are yet to be proven, and Hunter Biden, like any other individual, deserves the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. However, these allegations cannot be dismissed lightly, given the potential implications they hold for the Biden administration and the nation as a whole.
In conclusion, the allegations that Hunter Biden allegedly received wires from inside communist China, listing Joe Biden’s home in Delaware as the address for the beneficiary, are grave and require thorough investigation. The Department of Justice must carry out an impartial and comprehensive review to ascertain the truth behind these allegations. The American people deserve transparency and assurance that their President and his family are operating free from any conflicts of interest or foreign influence.
