Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-N.Y.). According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/01\/24\/cuomo-schumer-tensions-emerge-amid-democratic-rule-in-dc\/\">New York Post article<\/a> on Sunday, the two have a &#8220;working relationship at best.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A Democrat insider reported &#8220;there was enormous tension&#8221; between Schumer and Cuomo in the spring over major coronavirus legislation.<\/p>\n<p>Gov.
