She works for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fwd.us\/news\/4-ways-to-help-children-and-families-at-the-border\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FWD.us-supported<\/a>&nbsp;advocacy <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FWDus\/status\/1166712067337990144?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">group<\/a> that provides free legal advice to economic migrants who are trying to sneak into the U.S. labor market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey want fangirl coverage,\u201d replied Rob Law, the policy director of regulatory affairs at the CIS group which advocates for reduced migration. Law scoffed at the twitter critics:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote readability=\"8\">\n<p>When even the <em>Washington Post<\/em> is just exposing this behind-the-scenes apparatus that they are very much part of, they don\u2019t like the public attention. They\u2019re trying to snuff it out and silence it because they want to continue to work behind the scenes.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The November 8 article was written by two <em>Washington Post<\/em> reporters. But the criticism was aimed at one author \u2014 Nick Miroff \u2014 not at the second author,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/people\/sean-sullivan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sean Sullivan<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The two authors&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/national\/biden-border-divisions\/2021\/11\/07\/e87c8630-3b24-11ec-a67c-d7c2182dac83_story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"17\">\n<p>a group of Biden aides more attuned to national security and less sensitive to the activist community has begun asserting control over immigration, according to five current and former administration officials. They include Jake Sullivan, the president\u2019s national security adviser; Liz Sherwood-Randall, his homeland security adviser; Rice; and White House chief of staff Ron Klain, who has dialed back his involvement since late summer but still relies on these and other officials, according to one person familiar with the dynamic.<\/p>\n<p>These advisers view the border \u201calmost entirely from a political lens,\u201d said one Biden appointee who is sour on the administration\u2019s pro-enforcement shift.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The progressives\u2019 pro-migration policies have poisoned Biden\u2019s poll ratings so much that Vice President Kamala Harris is avoiding any entanglement, according to the <em>Post<\/em>\u2018s report:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"10\">\n<p>One reflection of the White House\u2019s struggles is the low profile of Vice President Harris, who has little role in the internal debates, the current and former officials said, including two who characterized her as \u201ccompletely irrelevant.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The <em>Post<\/em> notes that the internal conflict is driven by the public\u2019s poll-tested opposition, not by officials\u2019 recognition that mass migration cases much damage to ordinary Americans\u2019 wages, jobs, and wealth:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"12\">\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a question of control, and whether they appear to be in control, especially coming hard on the heels of the Afghan evacuation, which looked like it was ragged and not under control,\u201d said a Biden appointee, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive matters.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The <em>Post\u2019s<\/em> insider report matches the tone of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/02\/cbs-white-house-blocked-dhs-plan-end-title-42-border-defense\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">November 2 report<\/a> from CBS. The CBS article includes several useful admissions about the unpopularity of mass migration and the radical goals of the open-borders West Coast faction in Biden\u2019s administration:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote readability=\"11\">\n<p>\u201cThe advocacy groups have not made things easy on the administration,\u201d one person said. \u201cThe only policies they support are those in which every person who crosses the border is released into the country with cases that will take years to get to, if the government can get to them at all. That is not functional, or sustainable.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The CBS article also quoted warnings from Cecilia Munoz, a pro-migration activist who worked with President Barack Obama to ease migration, saying,&nbsp; \u201cAn open-borders position is anathema in the country \u2026 It\u2019s like pushing the administration right off a cliff.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But the <em>Post<\/em>\u2018s article downplays the ambitions of the pro-migration progressives, including homeland security chief Alejandro Mayorkas.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>For example, the story only mentions at the very end that Mayorkas is pushing a new rule that would open an additional doorway for economic migrants to get fast-track asylum at the border. His new doorway will sharply increase the incentive for economic migrants to get to the U.S. border, likely increasing migration chaos and also spiking domestic competition for jobs amid rising inflation.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Washington Post<\/em> article also ignores <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/05\/white-house-media-hide-largest-update-to-our-immigration-system-in-30-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the elephant in the room<\/a> \u2014 the pending Build Back Better reconciliation spending bill that would remove annual caps on the inflow of white-collar workers and family migrants.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/09\/gop-poll-tracks-public-opposition-corporate-labor-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">unpopular removal of caps<\/a> would damage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/21\/critics-feds-ok-fortune-500-war-on-u-s-professional-class\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">American professionals<\/a> and also drive up the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/10\/13\/nytimes-suburban-de-zoning-doubles-housing-prices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cost of housing<\/a> for many young families. It faces a vote in the House next week <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/05\/white-house-media-hide-largest-update-to-our-immigration-system-in-30-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">amid a media blackout<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>The article mentioned Garcia but did not mention that the lobbying effort to remove the caps is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/05\/19\/zuckerbergs-fwd-us-prods-joe-biden-to-revive-amnesty-push\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">being led<\/a> by her employer \u2014 Zuckerberg\u2019s FWD.us network of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/13\/zuckerbergs-data-says-amnesty-gives-economic-windfall-coastal-democratic-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">coastal investors<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The investors stand to gain if Congress extracts even <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2019\/06\/19\/new-york-democrats-gift-250000-illegal-alien-drivers-to-uber-delivery-companies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">more cheap labor<\/a>, government-aided <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/01\/20\/companies-say-public-charge-reform-will-cut-their-revenues-from-poor-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">consumers<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/06\/16\/new-yorks-mayoral-rivals-vow-cheap-housing-plus-more-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">urban renters<\/a>&nbsp;from foreign countries.<\/p>\n<p>The breadth of investors who&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20181024004654\/https:\/\/www.fwd.us\/founders\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">founded and funded<\/a>&nbsp;FWD.us was&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fwd.us\/founders\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">hidden from casual visitors<\/a>&nbsp;to the group\u2019s website in early 2021. But&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/G5rNg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">copies exist<\/a>&nbsp;at the&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"http:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20181024004654\/https:\/\/www.fwd.us\/founders\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">other sites<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Zuckerberg\u2019s money has funded <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/05\/06\/zuckerberg-funds-amnesty-street-protests\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">many pro-amnesty astroturf campaigns<\/a>, urged Democrats <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/03\/10\/zuckerbergs-fwd-us-to-amnesty-advocates-dont-talk-about-jobs-and-wages\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">to not talk<\/a> about the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/04\/08\/elite-academics-hide-amnesty-wage-pain-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> economic impact<\/a> of migration, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/08\/18\/tv-networks-joe-bidens-mass-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">manipulated<\/a> coverage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/06\/08\/mayorkas-invites-more-deported-migrants-back-to-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">by the TV networks<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/07\/14\/associated-press-parrots-zuckerberg-amnesty-agenda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the print media<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Todd Schulte, Garcia\u2019s boss at Zuckerberg\u2019s FWD.us, has repeatedly used his Twitter account to jeer at even mild criticism of his easy-migration priorities:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"9.5180722891566\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Had missed that yesterday we had Bret Stephens advocating for Remain in Mexico &amp; Trump asylum bans as well as Trump advisor Mark Penn blaming immigrants and a pledge to end cash bail for the VA gov race while advocating for the horrid politics of 1994-1996. Bad bad NYTimes OpEds.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Todd Schulte (@TheToddSchulte) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TheToddSchulte\/status\/1458092094149517314?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 9, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The FWD.us network has gotten minimal coverage in Jeff Bezos\u2019&nbsp;<em>Washington Post, <\/em>Robert Murdoch\u2019s<em>&nbsp;Wall Street Journal and <\/em>Fox News<em>, <\/em>Mike Bloomberg\u2019s news service, the Associated Press, or the corporate-owned TV networks.<\/p>\n<p>The media\u2019s silence about FWD.us is important because the investors\u2019 agenda would have a huge economic, civic and political impact on the United States.
