Hice claimed Lemon put his hand down his own pants, touched himself, and then shoved his hand in Hice\u2019s face.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAnybody that acts like that in public without any fear of what it might do to somebody or the consequences it might have, that\u2019s a pattern,\u201d Hice told Megyn Kelly on Monday.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Lemon has denied the accusation.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI wouldn\u2019t be surprised,\u201d Hice said. \u201cHe\u2019s protected by the fact that he\u2019s African American, [a] gay man on television, and I\u2019m just some nobody.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Hice\u2019s lawsuit detailed an encounter in 2018 at a bar in Sag Harbor.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Watch below but be forewarned, the details are graphic.
