Paul Gosar featuring an anime parody video of him attacking President Joe Biden and Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.<\/p>\n<p>Gosar <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RepGosar\/status\/1457493879003963398\">tweeted<\/a>&nbsp;a video Sunday night parodying the opening credits of popular anime show \u201cAttack on Titan,\u201d in which his face and those of Biden and Ocasio-Cortez were edited onto the show\u2019s characters. In one sequence, Gosar\u2019s character, armed with two swords, attacks Ocasio-Cortez\u2019s and Biden\u2019s characters.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" readability=\"5.4339622641509\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Any anime fans out there? <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/TxX4qiJhOi\">pic.twitter.com\/TxX4qiJhOi<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Rep. Paul Gosar, DDS (@RepGosar) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RepGosar\/status\/1457493879003963398?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 7, 2021<\/a> <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Twitter restricted sharing of the video, which had gathered 3.3 million views early Friday, by disabling re-tweets, likes and replies, leaving only quote-tweets enabled for video. The social media company posted a warning label on the tweet saying it violated Twitter\u2019s hateful conduct policy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis Tweet violated the Twitter Rules about hateful conduct. However, Twitter has determined that it may be in the public\u2019s interest for the Tweet to remain accessible,\u201d the warning label read.<\/p>\n<p>Twitter did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation\u2019s request for comment. A Twitter spokesperson <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/paul-gosar-video-biden-aoc-eb86d39f-8823-4704-8f21-82eeed3b58e6.html\">told<\/a>&nbsp;Axios the tweet \u201cviolates our hateful conduct policy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs is standard with this notice, engagements with the Tweet will be limited,\u201d the spokesperson said. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/09\/07\/twitter-suspends-jd-vance-campaign\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: JD Vance Says Twitter Suspended His Campaign Press Account With \u2018No Explanation\u2019)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not clear which part of Twitter\u2019s hateful conduct <a href=\"https:\/\/help.twitter.com\/en\/rules-and-policies\/hateful-conduct-policy\">guidelines<\/a>&nbsp;the video violated, though the social media company does prohibit content featuring \u201cimages depicting others as less than human.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The video also featured footage of illegal immigrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border and parts of the border wall, as well as footage of what appears to be border patrol agents on horseback and ATVs.<\/p>\n<p>Gosar\u2019s office did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEveryone needs to relax,\u201d Gosar\u2019s digital director, Jessica Lycos, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/republicans-gosar-trump-ocasio-cortez\/2021\/11\/08\/ead37b36-40ca-11ec-9ea7-3eb2406a2e24_story.html?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">told<\/a> The Washington Post.<\/p>\n<p>Content created by The Daily Caller News Foundation is available without charge to any eligible news publisher that can provide a large audience.
