And is there a world in which they\u2019re taken away from me for whatever karmic resolution needed to happen?\u201d<\/p>\n<p class>Milano revealed in 2019 that she had two abortions in one year, back in 1993.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">\u201cIn 1993, I had two abortions,\u201d Milano shared, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/entertainment\/celebrities\/2019\/08\/19\/alyssa-milano-reveals-she-had-two-abortions-within-months-1993\/2057829001\/\">according<\/a> to USAToday. \u201cI was in love for the first time, in the breathless way you can only be in love when you are young. It was huge. \u2026 It filled every part of living. It was a joyful and exciting and powerful time in my life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">The actress said she wanted to focus on her career and was \u201cnot ready to be a parent\u201d and \u201cwasn\u2019t equipped to be a mother.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">\u201cIt was devastating. I was raised Catholic and was suddenly put in conflict with my faith. \u2026 I had a career and a future and potential. And also, I suffered from sometimes crippling anxiety.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">\u201cI chose to have an abortion,\u201d Milano said.&nbsp;\u201cI chose. It was my choice. And it was absolutely the right choice for me. It was not an easy choice. It was not something I wanted but it was something I needed&nbsp;\u2013 like most health care is.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mere months after she had the child terminated, she found out she was pregnant again.
