THOMAS SHEA\/AFP via Getty Images)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>While the lawsuit did not&nbsp;provide any examples of such conduct, Scott was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2021\/11\/08\/deadly-concert-star-travis-scott-charged-in-2017-for-encouraging-fans-to-rush-the-stage\/\">charged<\/a>&nbsp;in 2017 for&nbsp;encouraging fans to rush a stage. The rapper\u2019s performances are known for being chaotic and fun-filled shows with concertgoers encouraged to take part in an unruly nature involving mosh pits, crowd surfing, and stage diving.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit also reportedly claims that Drake, who appeared as a surprise performer, \u201chelped incite the crowd even though he knew of [Scott\u2019s] prior conduct,\u201d and \u201ccontinued to perform on stage while the crowd mayhem continued.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In a tweet posted Saturday, Scott said he was \u201cabsolutely devastated by what took place.\u201d He pledged to work \u201ctogether with the Houston community to heal and support the families in need.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Watch&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><b><i>below:&nbsp;<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"8.7795031055901\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">In a social media post, Travis Scott said he was &#8216;absolutely devastated&#8217; after a stampede during the rapper&#8217;s set at the Astroworld music festival in Houston killed at least eight people and injured dozens more.
