Independents, by 7-1 (44%-6%), say he\u2019s done worse, not better, than they expected.\u201d\u201cNearly two-thirds of Americans, 64%, say they don\u2019t want Biden to run for a second term in 2024. That includes 28% of Democrats.\u201d\u201cVice President Kamala Harris\u2019 approval rating is 28% \u2013 even worse than Biden\u2019s.
