It felt amazing. I got out of the woods, got my blood pumping,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Pratt said that he rarely gets emotional \u201cthat often but I actually got emotional out in the woods.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt felt like there was another in the fire standing next to me,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The actor also suggested others could get through their depression using a similar tactic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you feel down today, maybe get in an exercise and maybe listen to some good worship music or get the word in \u2019cause it really helped me this morning,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>As The Daily Wire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/chris-pratt-dragged-for-instagram-post-praising-wife-healthy-daughter\">reported<\/a> on Friday, Pratt posted a photo of himself and Schwarzenegger with a caption that read (emphasis added):<\/p>\n<p><em>Guys. As Page Six\u00a0reported, Jack was \u201cborn premature and had to undergo numerous operations as a result. He weighed just 3 pounds, 12 ounces at birth.\u201dIn 2018, Faris spoke about her son\u2019s health issues on her podcast, \u201cUnqualified.\u201d\u201cWhen Jack was born two months early, it came as a huge shock. And suddenly, your world completely shifts,\u201d Faris said,\u00a0according to E! News. \u201cJack had a few surgeries. He had a few hernia surgeries, he\u2019s had a few eye surgeries, and he had a little heart issue as well.\u201dMany fans saw Pratt\u2019s Instagram post as a tribute to his current wife, not as an insult to his son from a previous marriage. It\u2019s not like Pratt hasn\u2019t spoken lovingly about his son before.In 2014, Pratt spoke about his son\u2019s health problems at the March of Dimes Celebration of Babies.\u201cI\u2019ve done all kinds of cool things as an actor \u2014 I\u2019ve jumped out of helicopters and done some daring stunts and played baseball in a professional stadium, but none of it means anything compared to being somebody\u2019s daddy,\u201d Pratt said in his speech at the event,\u00a0according to Variety.
