Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) in a November 5 conversation.<\/p>\n<p>Miller said the bill \u2014 which may be voted through the House on Friday, November 5, allows:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote readability=\"24\">\n<p>People to get [child] tax credits if they\u2019re here illegally. And that really is so radical. Think about that. You have people today in, say the Northern Triangle \u2014 Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala \u2014 weighing whether to come into the country illegally. They\u2019re thinking about, \u201cWell, I have to pay a smuggler $6,000 or $7,000: I don\u2019t want to do it.\u201d Now the calculation is \u201cOh, this is great. If I have four young children and I pay a smuggler $7,000, my first year here I can get $14,000 in tax credits from Uncle Sam! That will pay for the cost of the smuggling, plus we\u2019ll have an extra $7,000 left over.<\/p>\n<p>These should be called \u201cTax Credits for Smugglers.\u201d This is in the bill. It\u2019s just mind-boggling to me \u2026. [it] defies reason and common sense.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The complex child support payment program that is in the Democrats\u2019 spending plan \u2014 the Build Back Better (BBB) bill \u2014 seems tailored for illegal migrants, said Steven Camarota, the chief researcher at the Center for Immigration Studies.<\/p>\n<p>For example, he said, the bill offers the child support payments to parents whose children do not have Social Security numbers, and to those who cannot legally show they worked during the year.<\/p>\n<p>The plan likely will deliver $11 billion in payments to poor illegal migrant parents who arrived in 2021 or earlier, and about $5 billion per year afterwards, he said.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The initial payments are $3,600 per child in the first year. The payments will drop to about $2,000 per child, up to age six.<\/p>\n<p>The giveaway also reopens the door to mass fraud by migrants who have already committed immigration crimes, Camarota said in a statement:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"18.230769230769\">\n<p>In addition to its direct costs, the elimination of a SSN requirement would seem to be an invitation to fraud, as tax filers now simply need to provide a name and date of birth for a child.<\/p>\n<p>A 2011 report showed that illegal immigrants received more than $4 billion in payments from refundable tax credits.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>At that time no Social Security Number was required.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Partly in response to a 2011 <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20210411080511\/https:\/www.treasury.gov\/tigta\/auditreports\/2011reports\/201141061fr.pdf\"><span>Inspector General for Tax Administration<\/span><\/a> showing that illegal immigrants made extensive use of tax credits, Congress included provisions in both the 2015 PATH Act and the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act designed to curtail in part illegal immigrant receipt of such programs.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>This included the requirement that the qualifying child have a SSN.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>The BBB effectively undoes those changes permanently.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fraud may be even worse under the BBB because unlike the old [welfare system], the new program also has no work requirements, which means recipients no longer needed to show any record of employment.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The payments \u201cdo defy any sort of reasoning when you look at \u2026 preserving this country, and our freedoms and our sovereignty,\u201d Blackburn told Miller.<\/p>\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Stephen Miller Warns Of Biden Admin&#039;s Plan To Change America, Including Amnesty For All\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0ICDYkYavsA?start=399&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<p>The bill also supercharges the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/04\/sen-blackburn-democrats-amnesty-invites-endless-cheap-labor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inflow of chain-migrants<\/a> into American communities, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/11\/04\/sen-blackburn-democrats-amnesty-invites-endless-cheap-labor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rewards the Fortune 500 CEOs<\/a> who recruit foreign graduates instead of American graduates.<\/p>\n<p>For many years, a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/03\/30\/harvard-harris-poll-5-in-6-americans-want-to-end-immigration-from-mexico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wide<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/01\/14\/poll-americans-want-companies-hire-americans-before-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">variety<\/a>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/04\/13\/ipsos-poll-nearly-8-in-10-americans-want-immigration-moratorium-for-u-s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pollsters<\/a>&nbsp;have&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2019\/08\/05\/poll-swing-voters-hugely-oppose-2020-democrats-promising-more-immigration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shown<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2020\/04\/24\/poll-trumps-opponents-applaud-his-jobs-for-americans-immigration-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deep<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2017\/01\/31\/poll-shows-public-support-trump-migration-poicy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">broad<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/05\/28\/business-poll-backfires-shows-public-wants-less-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">opposition<\/a>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/11\/16\/exit-polls-3-in-4-voters-want-less-immigration-during-and-after-pandemic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">labor migration<\/a>&nbsp;and the inflow of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/08\/06\/ipsos-poll-public-opposes-migrant-workers-by-21\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">temporary<\/a> contract workers&nbsp;into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.
