NASA stated that work with SpaceX will continue&nbsp;\u201cas soon as possible\u201d now that a ruling has been made.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_17700562\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" readability=\"32\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Elon-Musk-strikes-a-SpaceX-pose.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-17700562\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Elon-Musk-strikes-a-SpaceX-pose.jpg\" alt width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Elon Musk strikes a SpaceX pose (pool\/Getty)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>NASA added: \u201cThere will be forthcoming opportunities for companies to partner with NASA in establishing a long-term human presence at the Moon under the agency\u2019s Artemis program.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for Blue origin told CNBC in a statement that the company\u2019s lawsuit \u201chighlighted the important safety issues with the Human Landing System procurement process that must still be addressed.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The spokesperson added: \u201cReturning astronauts safely to the Moon through NASA\u2019s public-private partnership model requires an unprejudiced procurement process alongside sound policy that incorporates redundant systems and promotes competition.
