Henry McMaster (R) announced Thursday he will issue an executive order blocking the Palmetto State\u2019s Cabinet agencies from issuing or enforcing coronavirus vaccine mandates in the state.<\/p>\n<p>The directive comes just hours after the Biden administration <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/04\/joe-biden-administration-warns-of-planned-inspections-and-136532-fines-to-enforce-coronavirus-vaccine-mandate\/\">said<\/a> it would carry out&nbsp;\u201cplanned inspections\u201d and levy large fines to ensure businesses comply with its federal vaccine mandate set to take effect January 4.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cI will be issuing an Executive Order barring any South Carolina cabinet agency from issuing or enforcing any vaccine mandate,\u201d McMaster said, adding that he will be&nbsp;\u201crequiring all state agencies to report any communication with federal government on vaccine mandates, in anticipation of litigation.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"7.2253521126761\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">1. Brian Kemp (R) in opposition to a federal contractor vaccine mandate.
