The cluster was located at a Car Source, where at least one vehicle had been set on fire that night.<\/p>\n<p>Following an exchange, Rosenbaum chases Rittenhouse, even though other videos show the teen yelled at least three times that he was \u201cfriendly.\u201d CNN <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2021\/11\/03\/us\/kyle-rittenhouse-trial\/index.html\">reported<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p class=\"zn-body__paragraph\" data-paragraph-id=\"paragraph_F0C75985-1072-8949-2932-E8650020E08C\" data-act-id=\"paragraph_16\"><em>Rittenhouse slows down in the video, and there appears to be some kind of exchange, but there is no audio of the moment.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"zn-body__paragraph\" data-paragraph-id=\"paragraph_4C2B652E-C460-96EB-C748-E86500213D66\" data-act-id=\"paragraph_17\"><em>Other videos from witnesses on the ground show that Rittenhouse could be heard yelling \u201cfriendly, friendly, friendly\u201d at this point.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"zn-body__paragraph\" data-paragraph-id=\"paragraph_344B1633-8345-0D54-0F27-E86500229620\" data-act-id=\"paragraph_18\"><em>\u201cAnd it does not dissuade Mr. Rosenbaum, correct?\u201d [Rittenhouse attorney Mark] Richards said.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"zn-body__paragraph\" data-paragraph-id=\"paragraph_80AD0A5D-5E49-7A72-CD3D-E8650023E704\" data-act-id=\"paragraph_19\"><em>\u201cCorrect,\u201d [Kenosha Police Det. Martin] Howard responded.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"zn-body__paragraph\" data-paragraph-id=\"paragraph_9C10C1CD-9A66-A704-B106-E86500329F30\" data-act-id=\"paragraph_20\"><em>Rittenhouse continued to move in the same direction he was moving previously, and Rosenbaum starts to chase Rittenhouse.
