Biden announced Thursday that these businesses have until Jan. 4 to <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/04\/private-businesses-january-4-joe-biden-vaccine-testing-requirement\/\">implement<\/a> the mandate requiring the shot or weekly COVID-19 testing.<\/p>\n<p>The Daily Wire, represented by the Dhillon Law Group and Alliance Defending Freedom, filed the <a href=\"https:\/\/adfmedia.org\/case\/daily-wire-v-occupational-safety-and-health-administration\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">legal<\/a> challenge in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6<sup>th<\/sup> Circuit Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Daily Wire will not comply with President Biden\u2019s tyrannical vaccine mandate, and we are suing the Biden Administration to put a stop to their gross overreach,\u201d Daily Wire co-founder and co-chief executive officer, Jeremy Boreing, said in a press conference.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" readability=\"7.7837837837838\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">It\u2019s done. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/realDailyWire?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@realDailyWire<\/a> has officially filled our lawsuit against the Biden Administration to challenge this tyrannical vaccine mandate.<\/p>\n<p>Enough!<\/p>\n<p>We will not comply.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Jeremy Boreing (@JeremyDBoreing) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JeremyDBoreing\/status\/1456265422982893590?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 4, 2021<\/a> <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The lawsuit claims that the Biden administration lacks the constitutional and statutory authority to implement the vaccine requirement, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?client=internal-element-cse&amp;cx=013858372769713515008:m9uq4uupsfm&amp;q=https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/04\/los-angeles-county-alex-villanueva-not-enforcing-vaccine-mandate\/&amp;sa=U&amp;ved=2ahUKEwjTyuLbt__zAhXHnGoFHa_iA28QFnoECAgQAg&amp;usg=AOvVaw2oZebNfuh4XHo8pXBqBt7P\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mandate<\/a> failed to meet the requirements for issuing a rule without listening to public comments or going through regulatory proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Biden administration\u2019s attempt to impose this unprecedented and unlawful federal medical mandate on the U.S. workforce without considering the public\u2019s views is arbitrary, capricious, unsupported by the evidence, and would produce a willfully ignorant rule,\u201d Harmeet K Dhillon, co-counsel for the Daily Wire, said during the press conference.<\/p>\n<p>The Job Creators Network (JCN), the nation\u2019s leading small business advocacy organization, announced Thursday that it filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration\u2019s mandate.<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/10\/07\/vaccine-mandate-enforcement-threatens-economic-crisis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Vaccine Mandate Enforcement Threatens To Create A Second Economic Crisis)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Biden Administration\u2019s vaccine mandate is clearly illegal and will have a devastating impact on our small business and our entire economy. JCN is suing the Administration on the grounds that OSHA does not have the authority to impose such a mandate,\u201d the JCN said in a statement obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azag.gov\/press-release\/arizona-attorney-general-mark-brnovich-file-lawsuit-stop-biden-administrations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arizona<\/a>, Missouri and <a href=\"https:\/\/dojmt.gov\/attorney-general-knudsen-announces-imminent-lawsuit-against-biden-administrations-vaccine-mandate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Montana<\/a> attorneys general announced Thursday that they would file a lawsuit on Nov. 5, according to press releases obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/03\/mo-brooks-ban-federal-funding-vaccine-mandates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: EXCLUSIVE: Rep.
