The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released the new rules under the Labor Department Thursday, saying all businesses with 100 employees or more must make sure their workers are vaccinated by January 4.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">Biden is FORCING his unconstitutional <\/span><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-b88u0q r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">vaccine<\/span><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\"> mandates on private businesses. He is taking away 84 million Americans\u2019 freedom to choose for their families. This is nothing more than an authoritarian power grab! Government overreach at its WORST! <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">\u2014 Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>If employees maintain their right to choose whether to get the vaccine or not, they must wear masks by December 5 and provide a weekly negative COVID-19 test after the January 4 deadline. Not only are employees expected to comply with these tyrannical requirements, the companies are not required to pay for those weekly tests. This means the cost will come out of the worker\u2019s pocket.<\/p>\n<p>Many Republicans are blasting Joe Biden\u2019s order as government overreach and an an \u201cunlawful\u201d push against working Americans. For instance, Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) said it\u2019s not the government\u2019s role to force people into getting vaccinated or lose their jobs. He went on to call the measure \u201ccruel, immoral and wrong.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u201cYour right to earn a living should not be contingent upon COVID shots. On a principal basis, we have the responsibility to stand up for people\u2019s individual rights and individual freedoms, and make sure\u2026people can make those decisions,\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2014 Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The GOP has continued to push back against Biden\u2019s unconstitutional vaccine mandates. Republican leaders have taken a stand against such measures since they were first announced back in September as well as against those imposed by Democrat figures and large corporations following his lead since.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">This vaccine mandate from Biden shows that he has no respect for constitutional guardrails. It is truly a point of no return for this Administration.
