Take a look:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Rob Manfred got mercilessly boo&#039;ed while delivering the World Series trophy to the BRAVES!\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MihgenlE9CA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<p>The moment occurred in Houston, as opposed to Atlanta, where the boos would have been inarguably louder and more boisterous.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">The city of Atlanta suffered a major economic blow earlier this year when the MLB moved the 2021 All-Atar game to&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2021\/04\/06\/984711881\/mlb-moves-all-star-game-to-colorado-amid-uproar-over-georgia-voting-law\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">another venue&nbsp;<\/a>in protest of Georgia\u2019s recently passed voter integrity law, which President Joe Biden and Democrat activists denounced as&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2021\/03\/26\/politics\/joe-biden-georgia-voting-rights-bill\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">a racist return<\/a>&nbsp;to Jim Crow.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">\u201cMajor League Baseball fundamentally supports voting rights for all Americans and opposes restrictions to the ballot box,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2021\/04\/02\/mlb-all-star-game-georgia-478960\">Manfred wrote <\/a>in a statement at the time. \u201cOver the last week, we have engaged in thoughtful conversations with Clubs, former and current players, the Players Association, and The Players Alliance, among others, to listen to their views.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">\u201cI have decided that the best way to demonstrate our values as a sport is by relocating this year\u2019s All-Star Game and MLB Draft,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">The city of Atlanta lost hundreds of millions of dollars in potential economic revenue over the All-Star Game\u2019s relocation. However, as the Braves seemed poise to win the World Series, Manfred <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox5atlanta.com\/sports\/manfred-comments-on-tomahawk-chop-all-star-game-move\">changed his tune<\/a> regarding the city of Atlanta.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Atlanta played great down the stretch, did a tremendous job in the playoffs,\u201d he told the Associated Press. \u201cThey earned their right in the World Series, and we\u2019re looking forward to being back in Atlanta.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe always have tried to be apolitical. Obviously, there was a notable exception this year,\u201d he added. \u201cI think our desire is to try to avoid another exception to that general rule. We have a fan base that\u2019s diverse, has different points of view, and we\u2019d like to keep the focus on the field in the game.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Manfred even went as far to defend Atlanta\u2019s use of the Tomahawk Chop, a celebratory fan gesture that angered woke SJW activists for years.<\/p>\n<p>Following the Braves victory on Tuesday night,&nbsp;Rep. Drew Ferguson (R-GA) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/03\/rep-drew-ferguson-atlanta-braves-world-series-major-league-baseball\/\">told Breitbart News<\/a>&nbsp;that \u201ckarma caught up with Major League Baseball.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey caused some real harm\u2026 robbing our citizens of hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, job opportunities, economic opportunities for small businesses. But, you know what, we got the big prize we got we got the trophy.
