Friends, we are going to start that transformation on day one. There is no time to waste. Our kids can\u2019t wait. We work in real people time, not government time. On day one, we\u2019re going to work. We\u2019re going to restore excellence in our schools.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span>In his speech, Youngkin emphasized the importance of parents\u2019 input regarding school curriculums, which was a central issue in the Governor\u2019s race as Virginians have pushed back against Critical Race Theory and transgender policies in schools.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cWe\u2019re going to introduce choice within our public school system.
