However, there is a sharp division between the political parties.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Thirty-four percent of the respondents who identified as independent believe Biden is&nbsp;\u201cmentally sharp,\u201d along with only 13 percent of the Republicans. This is compared to the majority (74 percent) of Democrats who think Biden is \u201cmentally sharp.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"5.848275862069\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I&amp;I\/TIPP Poll: Just 42% Now Think Biden Is \u2018Mentally&nbsp;Sharp\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/MCA7lXqiVd\">https:\/\/t.co\/MCA7lXqiVd<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Issues &amp; Insights (@InsightsIssues) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/InsightsIssues\/status\/1455097294768979968?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 1, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The poll also found&nbsp;that less than half (42.2 percent) of the respondents think Biden is \u201cenergetic,\u201d while 50.4 percent say disagree that the president is \u201cenergetic.\u201d There&nbsp;was 6.9 percent that were&nbsp;\u201cnot sure\u201d where they stood on Biden\u2019s energy levels.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Additionally, the poll also found that less than half (46.6 percent) of the respondents believe&nbsp;Biden is a \u201cgood communicator,\u201d while&nbsp;46.6 percent disagree that the president is a \u201cgood communicator.\u201d There was 6.9 percent that were&nbsp;\u201cnot sure\u201d where they stood on the president\u2019s communication skills.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_17799778\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" readability=\"37\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/AP_21246538370587.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-17799778\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/AP_21246538370587.png\" alt=\"President Joe Biden speaks from the State Dining Room of the White House in Washington, Friday, Sept. 3, 2021, on the August jobs report. The data was collected from&nbsp;1,306 adults with a&nbsp;margin of error being plus or minus 2.8 percentage points.<\/p>\n<p>In September,&nbsp;Foreign Relations Committee\u2019s Ranking Member Sen. James Risch (R-ID), during his time to question&nbsp;Secretary of State Antony Blinken, asked&nbsp;who at the White House is in charge of&nbsp;making decisions after the president\u2019s video feed was cut off&nbsp;mid-sentence, which many called&nbsp;\u201ca puppeteer act.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s real questions right now as to who\u2019s making the decisions,\u201d Risch explained.&nbsp;\u201cWe know for a fact that the president of the United States is somewhat disadvantaged here, in that someone is calling shots.
