Masks, however, will still be required for fans over the age of two years old. <\/p>\n<p>The changes will be implemented starting November 15, though owner Mark Cuban did leave the door open for putting the more strict regulations back in place should COVID-19 cases rise.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople are still getting vaccinated. Booster shots are becoming more prevalent,\u201d Cuban <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/mcuban\/status\/1455221224607522821?s=20\">said<\/a> on Twitter. \u201cCases are going down. Let\u2019s hope people stay smart. Don\u2019t want cases to go back up and have to re-institute the requirements.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s an interesting turn of events considering Cuban requires his employees to be vaccinated. He discussed this stance on the \u201c10 Questions with Kyle Brandt\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/show\/36RvI9hPV7zVUWo4C59pkd\">podcast<\/a> in mid-October.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is your choice. It is absolutely, positively up to you. But there are consequences that come with that,\u201d Cuban <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dallasnews.com\/sports\/mavericks\/2021\/10\/13\/mark-cuban-stiffens-covid-19-stance-if-you-work-for-me-i-require-my-employees-to-be-vaccinated\/\">said<\/a>. \u201cIf you work for me, I require my employees to be vaccinated unless there\u2019s a doctor\u2019s reason where they can\u2019t be. I don\u2019t want my kids to be at risk, so the consequences of you not being vaccinated is I\u2019m not going to shut the [expletive] up.
