Obviously, it takes time and we want to make sure when we put these out they are clear and they provide guidance necessary to businesses,\u201d White House press secretary Jen Psaki <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/09\/30\/biden-white-house-mum-on-vaccine-mandate-as-administration-stalls-on-releasing-rule\/\">said<\/a> in late September.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI can\u2019t give you a timeline. OSHA\u2019s working on them but obviously, hopefully, we\u2019ll know more in the coming weeks,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>On Monday, CBS News\u2019s Weijia Jiang reported that, nearly two months after making the announcement, OSHA had finally developed the rule and that it will go into effect in days\u201d:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"9.5\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">NEW: OSHA has finished developing a rule that compels companies with 100+ employees to require vaccines or regular testing. It also requires employers to provide paid time to workers to get vaccinated and to recover from any side effects. The rule will go into effect in days.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Weijia Jiang (@weijia) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/weijia\/status\/1455187762597044227?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 1, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The rule is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/28\/ron-desantis-bidens-osha-rule-is-going-down\/\">expected<\/a> to trigger a series of lawsuits. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) is among the latest to vow to challenge the edict.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow we haven\u2019t had the OSHA rule yet. That\u2019s going to be challenged immediately,\u201d he said during a press conference last week. \u201cThat OSHA rule\u2019s going down.
