U.S. President Donald Trump walked out of his negotiating meeting with congressional leaders Wednesday \u2014 \u201cI said bye-bye,\u201d he tweeted\u2014 as efforts to end the 19-day partial government shutdown fell into deeper disarray over his demand for billions of dollars to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border (AP Photo\/Gregory Bull).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>But the Democrats do want to include major shifts in migration policy in their bill.<\/p>\n<p>Democrats want to amnesty several million migrants, via either a \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/27\/democrat-migration-expansions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plan C<\/a>\u201d or a \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/27\/democrat-migration-expansions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plan D<\/a>.\u201d The plans may be deemed as policy, not budgetary, by the Senate\u2019s debate referee, and so be excluded from the Senate\u2019s version of the spending plan.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Democrats also want to increase the number of future immigrants by \u201crecapturing\u201d green cards that were supposedly \u201cwasted\u201d in years when the legal immigration flow fell below the maximum allowed by law. In most cases, the green cards were handed out the next yers, under laws that require used green cards to be shifted towards existing backlogs. The details of this plan are confusing, but pro-migration advocates for business are hoping for <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/David_J_Bier\/status\/1453852907590365213?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an additional&nbsp;2.2 million<\/a>&nbsp;imported consumers, renters and workers to take the jobs and homes that would otherwise go to young Americans.<\/p>\n<p>Still, the Senate\u2019s referee parliamentarian can exclude those projects because the Democrats are trying to get their spending plan through the Senate via a special \u201creconciliation bill.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The House plan also would allow at least one million company-imported visa workers to bypass the annual limit on the award of green cards and also allow millions of chain migrants to bypass the multi-year waiting line to get into the United States. This plan has gotten very little coverage in the establishment media, despite its huge scale.<\/p>\n<p>If allowed by the Senate referee, these visa-worker and chain-migration policies would impose huge economic and civic costs on Americans. For example, the visa-worker change would inflict&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/10\/29\/democrats-migration-bill-rewards-hiring-discrimination-against-us-graduates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">more Fortune 500 hiring discrimination<\/a> against millions of American college graduates in many types of careers. The expanded chain-migration would force Americans to pay <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/10\/01\/gop-media-silent-on-huge-migration-changes-in-3-5-trillion-bill\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">even higher rents and mortgage costs<\/a>&nbsp;in the major coastal states.<\/p>\n<p>Establishment media outlets <a href=\"https:\/\/about.bgov.com\/news\/democrats-vow-to-press-ahead-on-immigration-plan-senator-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">are downplaying<\/a> the impact. For example, on October 28, Mike Bloomberg\u2019s BGov.com site <a href=\"https:\/\/about.bgov.com\/news\/democrats-vow-to-press-ahead-on-immigration-plan-senator-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">merely said<\/a>, \u201cThe House draft also includes provisions to help people in the legal immigration system by recapturing unused green cards, allowing some immigrants to adjust their legal status faster and bypass some overall and per-country caps on visas.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>President Joe Biden\u2019s border chief, Alejandro Mayorkas, provided <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/29\/dhs-mayorkas-tells-judge-to-re-cancel-remain-in-mexico\/\">a clue<\/a> on Friday about how he wants to quickly deliver more wage-cutting, rent-boosting migrants into what he insists is a \u201cNation of Immigrants\u201d: \u201cThe United States is working bilaterally and multilaterally with countries across the Western Hemisphere, seeking to encourage humane border enforcement and&nbsp;enhance legal pathways&nbsp;throughout the region.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_16628534\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\" readability=\"37\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/GettyImages-1230936527-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16628534\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/GettyImages-1230936527-1.jpg\" alt=\"US President Joe Biden stands alongside Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas (L) after signing executive orders related to immigration in the Oval Office of the White House in Washington, DC, February 2, 2021. (Photo by SAUL LOEB \/ AFP) (Photo by SAUL LOEB\/AFP via Getty Images)\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">US President Joe Biden stands alongside Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas (L) after signing executive orders related to immigration in the Oval Office of the White House in Washington, DC, February 2, 2021 (Photo by SAUL LOEB\/AFP via Getty Images).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The legal pathways include a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/09\/17\/biden-administration-migrant-central-american\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new program to fly foreign children<\/a> into the United States if their illegal-migrant parents can get a semi-legal status in the U.S. The eligible parents include illegal migrants who can persuade local cops that they would serve as witnesses if a crime, even a minor crime, is inflicted by another illegal or is entirely fake.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Mayorkas also said he wants to hire bureaucrats to quickly grant green cards \u2014 and thus citizenship \u2014 to migrants at the border, without any pushback from judges or review by groups that recognize the economic harm of migration:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"15\">\n<p>Once implemented, the Asylum Officer Rule is expected to represent a transformative and lasting shift in asylum claim processing that will ensure rapid and fair processing in a way that delivers appropriate outcomes and realistically keeps pace with the workflow.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Achieving the rule\u2019s objectives will require substantial investment in resources, training, and personnel; to fully implement this new process, USCIS will need to quadruple the current asylum officer corps.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The Democrats\u2019 offer of $100 billion would provide Mayorkas with plenty of money to hire more pro-migration asylum officers.<\/p>\n<p>However, most of the $100 billion may be allocated to welfare spending for the migrants, who have brought children across the border since 2009.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Breitbart <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/29\/bidens-build-back-better-budget-includes-80b-wealth-transfer-to-illegal-aliens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>&nbsp;on October 29 an analysis of the welfare plan by the Center for Immigration Studies, which said:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"8\">\n<p>We estimate that illegal immigrants will receive $8.2 billion in payments from the new program annually \u2014 more than triple what they were eligible for under the old [Additional Child Tax Credit] \u2014 while legal immigrants will receive $17.2 billion. The 10-year cost just for illegal immigrants would total roughly $80 billion.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The spending likely would prompt many migrants to urge their at-home relatives to bring their children across Mayorkas\u2019s half-open border and into Americans\u2019 communities and schools.<\/p>\n<p>The welfare plan is also an economic giveaway to investors in Walmart, Target, Safeway, Giant, and other retail and grocery stores because much of the welfare money would be spent in those stores.<\/p>\n<p>The plan is also an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/13\/zuckerbergs-data-says-amnesty-gives-economic-windfall-coastal-democratic-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">economic giveaway<\/a> to Democrat-run coastal states, where most illegal migrants choose to live. The extra migrants would cut blue-state Americans\u2019 wages and raise their taxes \u2014 but would also help blue-state businesses rack up more profits and would raise the wealth of blue-state landlords and real estate investors.<\/p>\n<p>Democrats are downplaying public discussion about their unpopular plans to subsidize illegal migration.<\/p>\n<p>For example, <em>Politico<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2021\/10\/29\/biden-agenda-stalled-again-chaos-517711\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> on a Friday meeting in Congress where President Joe Biden touted the spending bill. The report did not mention immigration, but, instead, emphasized climate-related spending:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"18\">\n<p>A Democratic source in the room for Biden\u2019s visit noted that he touted the infrastructure bill and deliberately highlighted its components that would be the most appealing to progressives. Chief among those are the bill\u2019s climate resiliency provisions and help with lead pipelines nationwide that continue to expose children to toxins in water \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Democrats on the House Rules Committee plan to reconvene as soon as Monday to continue teeing up its roughly $1.75 trillion investment in climate action and the safety net.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Pelosi and her leadership team have instructed House committee chairs to formalize their revisions to the initial 1,684-page draft of Biden\u2019s bill by Sunday night. After a five-hour hearing on the social spending bill on Thursday, Democrats on the House Rules Committee plan to reconvene as soon as Monday to continue teeing up its roughly $1.75 trillion investment in climate action and the safety net.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>GOP leaders in the House and Senate are likely to oppose the overall spending plan, largely because it would fund the conversion of many migrants into Democrat voters. The many extra Democrat votes would be a direct threat to the GOP legislators\u2019 jobs after 2028.<\/p>\n<p>Many&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/09\/11\/zuckerbergs-investor-lobby-promises-wages-raises-with-amnesty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">polls show<\/a>&nbsp;that labor migration is&nbsp;deeply&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/immigration-poll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">unpopular<\/a>&nbsp;because it damages ordinary Americans\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/03\/12\/bloomberg-opts-h1bs-take-two-three-new-tech-jobs-each-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">career<\/a> opportunities, cuts their&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/04\/08\/elite-academics-hide-amnesty-wage-pain-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wages<\/a>, and raises their&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/06\/16\/new-yorks-mayoral-rivals-vow-cheap-housing-plus-more-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rents.<\/a>&nbsp;Migration also curbs Americans\u2019&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/07\/11\/president-trump-wins-big-on-secret-meatpacking-robots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">productivity<\/a>, shrinks their political&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&amp;rlz=1C5CHFA_enUS946US946&amp;oq=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&amp;aqs=chrome..69i57j69i58.10228j0j4&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">clout<\/a>, widens&nbsp;regional wealth&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/13\/zuckerbergs-data-says-amnesty-gives-economic-windfall-coastal-democratic-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gaps<\/a>, and wrecks their democratic, compromise-promoting civic&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/search\/?s=%22white+supremacy%22#gsc.tab=0&amp;gsc.q=%22white%20supremacy%22&amp;gsc.page=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">culture<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For many years, a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/03\/30\/harvard-harris-poll-5-in-6-americans-want-to-end-immigration-from-mexico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wide<\/a>&nbsp;<a rel=\"noopener\">pollsters<\/a>&nbsp;have&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2019\/08\/05\/poll-swing-voters-hugely-oppose-2020-democrats-promising-more-immigration\/\"
