He said they did not discuss the issue of abortion.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>When asked by reporters if the pope told him to keep receiving communion, Biden replied, \u201cYes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden repeatedly claims to be a practicing Catholic, even though he defies church teaching on abortion.<\/p>\n<p>The Catechism of the Catholic Church <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usccb.org\/sites\/default\/files\/flipbooks\/catechism\/548\/\">teaches<\/a> that \u201chuman life must be respected and protected absolutely from the moment of conception.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>In September,&nbsp;Biden even contradicted Church teaching after&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/09\/03\/purported-catholic-joe-biden-doesnt-agree-life-begins-conception\/\">voicing<\/a> his opinion that life did not begin at the moment of conception.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI respect those who believe life begins at the moment of conception and all \u2026 I respect that. Don\u2019t agree.
