District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ordered, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/biden-admin-vaccine-employees-judge-injunction\">according<\/a> to Fox News.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Kollar-Kotelly\u2019s ruling added that \u201cactive duty military plaintiffs, whose religious exception requests have been denied, will not be disciplined or separated during the pendency of their appeals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Politico and lawyer Jenna Ellis posted the ruling on Twitter on Thursday: \u201cThis is an amazing development from the DC District Court in the stand for OUR RIGHTS against the unconstitutional vaccine mandates,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">BREAKING: <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Yoder_Esq?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@Yoder_Esq<\/a> with a HUGE WIN in Church v. Part of Biden\u2019s six-point plan involves cracking down on 100+ employee companies to push their employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19.\u201dAccording to The Wall Street Journal, the U.S. Labor Department plans to issue an emergency temporary standard in a matter of weeks \u201cimplementing the new requirement, which will cover 80 million private-sector workers. \u2026 Businesses that don\u2019t comply can face fines of up to $14,000 per violation, [officials] said.\u201dNotably, Daily Wire co-founder and co-CEO Jeremy Boreing quickly reacted to the announcement via Twitter, saying he would not comply with Biden\u2019s dictates.\u201cThe Daily Wire has well over 100 employees.
