President Joe Biden issued an executive order on September 9 requiring all employees working for a federal contractor or subcontractor to get vaccinated against the Chinese coronavirus by November 24 to be considered \u201cfully vaccinated\u201d by a December 8, 2021, deadline. The mandate will also order private companies with more than 100 employees to implement required vaccinations or weekly testing for employees.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cNone of the civilian employee plaintiffs will be subject to discipline while his or her request for a religious exception is pending,\u201d District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ordered, according to a Minute Order obtained by Fox News.<\/p>\n<p>In her ruling, Kollar-Kotelly also ordered \u201cactive duty military plaintiffs, whose religious exception requests have been denied, will not be disciplined or separated during the pendency of their appeals,\u201d the report states.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"12.739130434783\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">BREAKING: <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Yoder_Esq?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@Yoder_Esq<\/a> with a HUGE WIN in Church v. After much pressure, on Wednesday, the White House Coronavirus Response coordinator, Jeffrey Zients, claimed federal contractors \u201cwill not be required to immediate [sic] lay-off workers\u201d and will allow time for \u201ceducation, counseling and other measures before potentially ending employment,\u201d Reuters <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/us\/white-house-signals-flexibility-over-dec-8-vaccine-deadline-businesses-2021-10-27\/\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"speakable\">In a statement obtained by Fox News from the plaintiff\u2019s attorney, Michael Yoder, Yoder said the Biden administration has displayed \u201can unprecedented, cavalier attitude toward the rule of law and an utter ineptitude at basic constitutional contours.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_18364898\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Biden-2-640x480-1-1.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-18364898\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Biden-2-640x480-1-1.jpeg\" alt=\"Joe Biden\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">AP Photo\/Evan Vucci<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The statement continued:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"11\">\n<p>This combination is dangerous to American liberty. Thankfully, our Constitution protects and secures the right to remain free from religious persecution and coercion. With this order, we are one step closer to putting the Biden administration back in its place by limiting government to its enumerated powers. It\u2019s time citizens and courts said no to tyranny. The Constitution does not need to be rewritten, it needs to be reread.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Notably, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis\u2019s (R) administration announced on Thursday that it also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/28\/florida-biden-nasa-coronavirus-vaccine\/\">filed a lawsuit<\/a> against the Biden administration for its Chinese coronavirus vaccine mandates, suing both Biden and NASA.<\/p>\n<p>This case is <em>Church v.
