Many foreign graduates also have little college debt to pay off.<\/p>\n<p>The giveaway to investors and the Fortune 500 is buried in obscure language on <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.house.gov\/billsthisweek\/20211025\/BILLS-117HR5376RH-RCP117-17.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">page 799 of the bill.<\/a>&nbsp;For example, \u201cadjust the status\u201d is agency jargon for providing a green card:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote readability=\"17.578512396694\">\n<p>The Secretary of State shall exempt an alien (and the spouse and children of such alien) from the numerical limitations described in sections 201, 202, and 203, and the Secretary of Homeland Security may adjust the status of such&nbsp;alien (and the spouse and children of such alien) to lawful permanent resident, if such alien submits or has submitted an application for adjustment of status.<\/p>\n[\u2026]\n<p>\u2018\u2018(B) such alien\u2014<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2018(i) is the beneficiary of an approved petition under subparagraph (E) or (F) of&nbsp; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lawandsoftware.com\/ina\/INA-204-sec1154.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">section 204(a)(1)<\/a>&nbsp;[link added] that bears a priority date that is more than 2 years before the date 1he alien requests an exemption from the numerical limitations; and \u2018\u2018(ii) pays a supplemental fee of 22 $5,000;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Foreign workers would only to wait two years and pay $5,000 to pick up their green cards \u2014 despite a law which limits on the annual number of cards t0 roughly 140,000 per year. The \u201cemployment visa program is destroying the professional classes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>So far, the giveaway to the Fortune 500 has not been covered in establishment newspapers \u2014 and Democrats have minimized any mention. For example, the Associated Press <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/dems-trying-to-include-help-for-immigrants-in-biden-plan\/2021\/10\/28\/3b15b54c-3832-11ec-9662-399cfa75efee_story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> October 28:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote readability=\"8\">\n<p>The White House economic framework only broadly described how the $100 billion would be used. It said the money would help reduce various backlogs in the immigration process, provide more legal representation and make \u201cthe asylum system and border processing more efficient and humane.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The corporate giveaway gets little recognition because few Americans know that U.S. immigration law already allows companies to <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NeilMunroDC\/status\/1370563956876705796?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hire an unlimited number<\/a> of foreign graduates on temporary visas \u2014 and also to nominate an unlimited number of these temporary workers for green cards.<\/p>\n<p>These openings in immigration law have already allowed employers to create a parallel \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/green-card-workforce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">green card workforce<\/a>\u201d of roughly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/12\/03\/ceos-expand-green-card-workforce-u-s-jobs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1 million foreign graduates<\/a>. The visa workers are trying to get permanent green cards by competing against Americans for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/03\/12\/bloomberg-opts-h1bs-take-two-three-new-tech-jobs-each-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">good careers<\/a> in tech, banking, insurance, design, fashion, academia and healthcare. This lengthy period of indentured service&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/s-386\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deters other Indian and Chinese graduates<\/a> from taking U.S. jobs in the green card workforce, much to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2019\/10\/24\/corporate-ceos-to-indian-govt-send-us-millions-of-indian-college-graduates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the distress of U.S. investors<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>But this bill allows the foreign workers to bypass the annual cap and avoid the backlog. In turn, CEOs will be able to deliver on the dangled promise of green cards and recruit many more foreign graduates for many types of jobs needed by indebted U.S. graduates.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt will force [U.S.] college graduates to work in a secondary labor market,\u201d said Law. \u201cThey will not have the same types of opportunities [as foreign graduates] because this allows employers for a very nominal price to lock in their permanent supply of cheap foreign labor,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The existing green card workforce does <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/21\/critics-feds-ok-fortune-500-war-on-u-s-professional-class\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">suppress salaries<\/a> for many American graduates, and boosts stock prices by more than <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/01\/27\/joe-biden-kills-office-protect-us-graduates-job-rights\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">$100 billion<\/a>, according to a study touted by business. This process transfers wealth from young people\u2019s salaries to older people\u2019s stock portfolios.<\/p>\n<p>The workforce also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/05\/22\/fed-data-visa-worker-program-sneaks-wealth-jobs-blue-states-tech-industry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shifts jobs and wealth<\/a> from interior and peripheral states \u2014 such as Sen. Sherrod Brown\u2019s Ohio, or Sen. Joe Manchin\u2019s West Virginia \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/13\/zuckerbergs-data-says-amnesty-gives-economic-windfall-coastal-democratic-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">to the large coastal states<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The indentured foreign workforce also solidifies the CEOs\u2019 control over their technology, because it <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/21\/critics-feds-ok-fortune-500-war-on-u-s-professional-class\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">minimizes the CEOs\u2019 reliance<\/a> on outspoken Americans professionals who have the legal right to quit and then join rival firms.<\/p>\n<p>Amid silence from the establishment media and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/25\/republican-leaders-pocketbook-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the GOP establishment<\/a>, both Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-TN) and Rep. Fortune 500 hiring managers dip into this pipeline, via <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NeilMunroDC\/status\/1370563956876705796?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pyramids of subcontractors and sub-subcontractors<\/a>, to hire and fire from a population of roughly 1 million no-rights, gig-workers for a wide variety of white-collar jobs.<\/p>\n<p>The draft bill would dramatically expand the volume of this student-to-citizen worker pipeline by widening the exit for foreign workers to reach the dangled green cards at the end, said Jenks.
