James\u2019 office\u2019s final report alleged that Cuomo groped a staff member\u2019s breast at the governor\u2019s mansion in Albany last December.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint alleges that Cuomo \u201cdid intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose, forcibly place his hand under the blouse shirt of the victim\u2026and onto her intimate body part\u2026specifically, the victims [sic] left breast for the purposes of degrading and satisfying his sexual desire.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe name of&nbsp;the alleged victim&nbsp;was redacted from the complaint&nbsp;but the allegations&nbsp;line up with&nbsp;those made&nbsp;by former Cuomo aide Brittany Commisso, 33,\u201d the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/10\/28\/andrew-cuomo-to-be-charged-over-alleged-groping-of-former-aide-source\/\">New York Post noted Thursday<\/a> upon receiving a copy of the complaint. \u201cOn Aug. 30, Commisso spent \u201cseveral hours\u201d being interviewed by investigators after law enforcement officials issued several subpoenas related to her allegations, Albany County Sheriff Craig Apple has said.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Albany Times-Union noted Thursday that an initial criminal complaint was filed erroneously, without redactions, against Commisso\u2019s wishes, and against standard operating procedure for complaints alleging sex crimes.
