Cindy Axne (D-IA) \u2014 the lone congressional Democrat elected in Iowa, who Republicans have targeted as a vulnerable member \u2014&nbsp;the narrator posed the question, \u201cWhat\u2019s scarier than Halloween?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The narrator then stated, \u201cDemocrats spending billions to hire an army of IRS agents to spy on your bank account. Cindy Axne, Nancy Pelosi, and Joe Biden\u2019s plan would give the federal government new authority to monitor your spending.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Spying (IA-03)\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ek8h3km5-Hc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDemocrats\u2019 plan to spy on the bank accounts of everyday Americans who spend over $10,000 per year is downright scary. Voters will reject Democrats\u2019 efforts to exert more government control over their personal finances,\u201d&nbsp;said the&nbsp;NRCC Chairman Tom Emmer (R-MN) in an emailed statement.<\/p>\n<p>The NRCC is also running&nbsp;paid media against 14 other vulnerable Democrats:<\/p>\n<p>A recent NRCC battleground survey asked voters in&nbsp;85 battleground congressional districts, \u201cWould you be more or less likely to support a Democrat who supports a proposal that would allow the IRS to monitor your bank accounts to make sure you are paying enough taxes?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The survey <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/26\/poll-voters-have-biden-remorse-republicans-lead-in-85-battleground-congressional-districts\/\">revealed<\/a> that it was part of their most&nbsp;compelling message. A&nbsp;clear majority&nbsp;(57 percent) of voters in the battleground congressional districts said they would be less likely to support a Democrat who backed the proposal to spy on bank accounts.<\/p>\n<p>The&nbsp;survey also showed that Republicans were leading Democrats on the&nbsp;generic ballot in the 85 battleground congressional districts,&nbsp;43 percent to 40 percent, respectively.<\/p>\n<p><i>Jacob Bliss is a reporter for Breitbart News.
