And especially if it\u2019s a rehearsal,\u201d Carpenter told the outlet. Carpenter also insisted that prop guns should be inspected by two people to ensure they\u2019re \u201ccold\u201d before anyone handles them on set.A group of camera crew workers walked off the set hours before the fatal incident.
